Issues with outgoing email being marked as spam

If you are having issues with your outgoing email going into your customers spam filter, you should check the following and ensure your email is configured correctly and not being listed on any blacklists.

First we need to identify if your domain has been added to a blacklist:

-> Type in your domain name
-> Ensure your domain has not been added to any black lists.
-> If you have been added to a black list, you will need to contact that specific black list and inquire how to begin the process for resolving.

Next we need to identify if any configuration issues exist:
-> Click this link in your browser: https://www.mail-tester.com
-> Copy the email address on the screen AND using your mail email program send a test email
-> Switch back to your browser and click 'Then check your score'
-> Follow all the instructions how to upgrade your email. 

Finally a specific message can be investigated by SureSupport.com
-> Logon to undoLogic.com -> click Support -> click Portal
-> Navigate to subscriptions -> click 'hosting information' from the correct account
-> Logon to SureSupport.com with the username / password provided
-> Create a ticket and ask to verify if any issues exist with the specific email. Add details about the email eg: subject, date, email to, and email from
-> Follow any instructions
