Create and reset all passwords for your emails through your control panel







# 1 > Reset your password from the control panel

If you cannot access your email or send emails, you can reset your password from the control panel
If you do not know your login information, contact your account manager.
After you login you will see icons, click: mail manager





# 2 > Create new email or Reset password

On this screen you can create new emails or reset your password:

Create new email: Enter email name and password.
OR
Reset password: Choose email account>click password.

Note: You must reset your password. We store our passwords in a state that we cannot recover them, and we do not know your password. 





# 3 > Reset your password from the control panel

You can now login to your webmail with your new password:

Type 'YourDomainName.com' in the addressbar and change it with one of the following options:
• www.YourDomainName.com/webmail?
• mbox.YourDomainName.com
